Our team of staff play a hugely important role towards the success of our company and as such each is individually selected and hand-picked for their friendliness, experience, work ethic and professionalism and perhaps most importantly, for having a real understanding of genuine customer care.  We believe that they, and we, have a real drive to make sure that each and every one of our guests has the most memorable holiday experience, for all the right reasons! First, we are proud of what we do. We are the first recognised independent ski tour operator to introduce the flexible formula of offering all properties on a fully catered, part-catered or self-catered basis. Secondly, we do not ship our guests in and out of resort on charter flights and shared transfers - they are free to choose the holiday that they want with the travel that they want.  And thirdly, we can boast extremely high levels of guest loyalty and are most proud and protective of our very international client base.

You do. You are, after all, the face of our business. It is important for you to also know that Powder White has been set up, and is run by, a team who really does understand the ins and outs of ski holidays.  They also understand the ups and downs a ski season can bring. We have all done many seasons ourselves and therefore absolutely recognise the importance of providing a good solid structure on which to build our resort & UK teams to ensure you, and your team-mates, can get as much as you possibly can out of working a season with us.  Perhaps you're first of many!
