More than 400,000 eager young guests come on a PGL holiday each year and we need enthusiastic, energetic staff to make that happen.

Experience is not always necessary for many roles - more important is enthusiasm and a sense of humour!

Full training is provided for all positions with qualification opportunities, including nationally recognised NGB instructor awards for relevant roles (UKCC, RYA etc). 

Joining the PGL team you'll be given free uniform, meals, accommodation and transport to centre from a UK departure point if working overseas and access to training and qualification opportunities.

Positions are available to work in the UK and Northern France from mid-January until November, and from the start of April until September in Southern France and Spain. Variable contact lengths are available from 12 weeks onwards.

No French or Spanish language skills are required for the majority of our overseas positions as guests are all English-speaking. 

Our UK and overseas positions offer a great alternative for anyone doing a ski season in the winter - although don't leave it until the end of the ski season to apply. The earlier we receive your application, the more chance you have of being successful with the job and location you prefer!
