Are you a strong proactive sales person with a desire to lead a team with drive and energy and develop a career in the travel industry? If so, Skiworld has the ideal job for you as a Group Sales Team Leader responsible for managing a small team of Ski Sales Consultants with particular focus on group sales, client management and proactive sales. You will be highly motivated by sales, developing your people management skills, an interest in building relationships with key clients and an interest in skiing or snowboarding.

Person SpecificationEssential:
- A "Sales Hungry" person highly motivated by sales achievement
- Desire to lead a team and develop people and sales management skills
- Desire to develop a career in the travel industry
- Motivated by achieving targets
- Ability to organise and manage databases
- Ability to set and work towards objectives, and to implement and drive new projects forward
- Ability to analyse figures and act upon the findings
- A positive attitude
- A team player
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven high levels of customer service
- An excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Highly competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- An interest in skiing and snowboarding
- Experience and knowledge of outbound or proactive sales calls
Desirable:
- Travel or ski market knowledge
- Previous experience of working with / in ski resorts and chalets
- Previous team leading and performance management
- Knowledge of client management systems
