Job Title: Children's Club Supervisor, Luxury Resort
Reporting to: Hotel General Manager & Worldwide Kids Company Operations Team London
Responsible for: Childcare staff in the kids club
Works with: Childcare team
Based: SUMMER ROLES BASED IN - Greece/Crete/Cyprus
Dates: From April until November

We are looking for passionate enthusiastic and outgoing people to work in a luxury hotel situated in one of our overseas resorts. You will be leading a team of up to 3 staff, some of which are local to the area. During the low season you would be supervising the club independently.
The role would ideally suit a person who is independent but outgoing and able to integrate with people from various backgrounds. We are looking for someone who can use their own initiative to promote the fantastic childcare setting for children aged 4 to 12 years and attract families to use the facilities.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the hotel's General Manager on a daily basis; report on a formal basis once a week to hotel Directorship and WWKC operations team
Coordinate and respond to all childcare enquiries that relate to the hotel children's club by email, telephone or face to face
To plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity programme using imaginative ideas for special promotions.
To be pro active with ideas on possible new initiatives to attract new business
To manage staff rotas, hours and holiday entitlements
Control the stock of crèche art materials and equipment
To liaise with on site cleaning teams to ensure the cleanliness of the club and report any discrepancies to the front of house
To ensure the smooth running of the childcare by working alongside the crèche supervisor
To be responsible for all the administration and have a good working knowledge of word and excel
To be a visible face of WWKC within the hotel
To ensure the health and safety policies and procedures are all in place and updated as necessary.
Essential
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Excellent managerial skills
Desirable
NVQ Level 3 qualified
Knowledge of Russian, Greek or English
