A challenging but ultimately rewarding role in resort! Skiworld are looking for highly motivated customer focused people with previous seasonal experience who are effective leaders and managers and full of initiative, who would relish the opportunity to make a difference and oversee the entire resort operation in a top European ski resort.

This role is not for the faint-hearted! You have to love a challenge - but the support and back up you receive is second to none, and the rewards and results are definitely worth it.

In the role of RM, you would be taking overall responsibility for Skiworld in-resort operations: managing, motivating and empowering your resort team;  overseeing all properties in your resort; organising client transfers, ski packs, après-ski and ski leading programmes; overseeing resort accounts and completing reports / paperwork; devising sales strategies to hit/exceed resort targets; dealing with any client / staff queries and problems; liaising and negotiating with local suppliers. Above all else, you would be ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met, maintained and exceeded at all times, and you would be ultimately responsible for ensuring that guests have a fantastic Skiworld holiday experience.
