Chalets Supervisor -Immediate Start

The chalet supervisor role provides the link between the chalet staff and the management team. Not only will you work alongside your colleagues in the chalets you will also develop their skills throughout the winter ensuring we are providing an excellent service. You will have previous customer service experience with an eye for detail and possess a strong background within the industry. You will be required to produce detailed budget reports and account for the resort's catering expenditure.

You need to be highly organised and adaptable with good catering skills, ideally having previous experience of working overseas as a chalet host or chef. Depending on your skills and ability you may either be supervising a club chalet with a Chalet Chef and 2-3 Chalet Hosts or you may be looking after a number of chalets within a resort.

Minimum 3 years customer service experience preferably within catering/hospitality environment

Management or team leader experience skills

Chalet host or chalet chef experience

Accounts/numeracy skills IT literate

Basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene

Desirable

Second language in either French, German or Italian

Previous experience of working in a ski resort

Staff training and development experience
