Job Description

We're currently recruiting for French-speaking Administrators to work at our centres across France!

We're looking for a fluent or degree-level French-speaker with previous office experience and excellent communication skills to act as a vital link between centres, our head office and local suppliers.

This role offers a huge potential for you to utilise your language skills in a refreshing environment.

PGL is the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and study courses for young people, operating at 28 locations across the UK, France and Spain. More than 400,000 young guests enjoy a PGL trip each year, and we're looking for energetic staff team members to make that happen.

PGL operates in some of France's most stunning locations, including Paris, the cultural heart of Europe.

You will be your centre's principle French-speaker; therefore a high standard of oral and written French is a pre-requisite for this role. You will be communicating with local suppliers over the phone, by email and in person.

With responsibility for the centre's accounts, liaison with local suppliers and running the on-site office, you will provide admin support to your centre manager and senior team. Full training in all PGL's paperwork and computer systems is given.

You will be your centre's principle French-speaker; therefore a high standard of oral and written French is a pre-requisite for this role.

A driving licence will greatly enhance your application as you may be required to run errands in the local area - a great way to put your language skills into action!

As a PGL French-speaking Administrator, you'll receive a competitive monthly wage package with meals, a free uniform and full training; accommodation is provided. Return transport is also provided to centre from a UK departure point.

Positions available to start work from March 2012 in Northern France and from April 2012 in Southern France. Flexible-length contracts are available but you must be able to start work by April at the latest.
